Ask a question, share a tip, celebrate a Community Hero.
The Southern Tip Insider Facebook Page will be the official, searchable home base for announcements, Awards content and local news. A linked Community Group will be where locals ask questions, share tips and chat about anything Struisbaai, L’Agulhas and Suiderstrand related.
These go live once the Page and Group are set up per the Facebook Page Playbook — update FACEBOOK_PAGE_URL and FACEBOOK_GROUP_URL in _build-scripts/site_config.py the moment they're ready, then re-run the page generators.
Every Community Hero nominated for the Southern Tip Insider Awards gets a short feature here — the volunteers, elders and quiet contributors who make this place what it is.
No stories published yet — the first Community Hero nominations open 1 October.
Back issues of the Southern Tip Insider / Suidpunt Kwartaalliks magazine will be archived here as PDFs once published.
